Summary
This study aims to evaluate the clinical effects of Shihosogan-tang extract on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) using ultrasound.
The patient was treated with this extract, and changes in symptoms and ultrasound imaging were observed. Following the treatment, the patient’s NAFLD symptoms decreased, and ultrasound imaging showed an improvement from moderate to mild grade.
This suggests that Shihosogan-tang extract may be effective in alleviating the symptoms and severity of NAFLD as evidenced by ultrasound findings.
