Angular pregnancy, often confused with interstitial or cornual pregnancies, lacks consensus on specific ultrasound features, causing misdiagnosis. Angular pregnancy can be a viable intra-uterine pregnancy and carried to term, unlike interstitial or cornual pregnancies, which are ectopic and require termination. This report discusses two cases of 8-week angular pregnancies diagnosed via vaginal 2D and 3D ultrasound, highlighting the importance of distinguishing it from other types using specific ultrasound features and alternative imaging modalities.
