This study compares treatment outcomes for traumatic popliteal artery injuries at two medical centers from 2011 to 2022. Group A (seven patients) had significantly shorter reperfusion times (300 min) compared to Group B (five patients, 749 min). Group A employed temporary vascular shunting and reported a mean Lysholm score of 80.4, while Group B had a score of 72.0. Early diagnosis, prompt intervention, and tailored treatment options are crucial for improving outcomes.
