This study investigated the relationship between penile curvature severity in patients with Peyronie’s disease (PD) and dynamic color Doppler duplex ultrasound (CDDU) parameters, particularly in those with erectile dysfunction (ED). Analyzing data from 111 patients, the results revealed no significant correlation between the severity of curvature and CDDU parameters, with most patients showing normal hemodynamic values despite self-reported ED. These findings highlight important considerations for managing PD in clinical practice.
